Treasure Island (T.I.) Las Vegas Parking Fee 2023, Map & Valet

One of the few affordable resorts left on the Las Vegas Strip, the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino makes staying there even more affordable by offering free self-parking.

The casino and hotel has a large, 7 level parking garage immediately behind the resort. It’s also one of the easiest casino parking garages in which to enter and exit.

This is especially true if your coming from Interstate 15. Unlike with many of the other monster-sized Las Vegas resorts, there is only one entrance and exit to the T.I. Parking Garage. Similarly, there is only one valet parking area, right off the Strip, but more on that below.

If using the self-park garage, the hotel and casino are accessible via a pedestrian bridge over Mel Torme Way. This is on the 3rd level, so you’ll want to try to park on Level 3 if possible. That way you’ll avoid stairs and/or elevator waits.

Treasure Island T.I. Las Vegas Parking Fee

Free!

Unlike with most casinos on the Strip, there is no cost to park at the T.I. – it doesn’t matter whether you’re a hotel guest or just visiting; its free for everyone.

Some websites (even some reputable ones), are reporting that there is a parking charge for non-hotel guests, but that is simply not the case. The T.I. remains one of the few Las Vegas casinos to offer free parking to hotel guests and visitors alike.

There are two ways to get to the resort’s self-parking garage: via the Strip, or from the street just north of T.I., Spring Mountain Road.

From the Strip

When going North on the Strip, you’ll want to take the first left after passing the Mirage. You’ll go under a pedestrian underpass whereupon you’ll see Treasure Island on your left. The street is called “Sirens Cove Blvd.”

When going south on the Strip, you’ll simply take the first and only right into the T.I. resort, the aforementioned Sirens Cove Blvd.

Once on this street, stay on it winds itself past the valet area, eventually leading you to a stop sign, where you’ll take a right on Mel Torme Way.

From there, you’ll take the first left into the Treasure Island’s self park garage. It’s pretty well marked.

From Spring Mountain Road or Interstate 15

One of the nice things about staying at Treasure Island is that it is the rare casino/hotel where you can get in and out of pretty quickly. When driving, you can get to the T.I. and not have to ever drive on the Strip. This is very nice on those nights (becoming more and more frequent), when the Strip traffic is at a standstill.

Spring Mountain Road is the street directly north of Treasure Island, running east and west. Unlike some of the other streets that lead to the Strip, Spring Mountain Road has ramps leading off and on to Interstate 15.

To get to the parking garage from southbound I-15, simply get off at Exit 39, Spring Mountain Road. When going north on I-15, look for signage pointing you to Spring Mountain Road East.

Once you are on Spring Mountain Road, headed east towards the Strip, you’ll see the Treasure Island parking garage on your right (it is white). Simply just take the first right. It’s easy to see, as this street, Mel Torme Way, is the only street you’ll see after passing the parking garage. The entrance to the garage is just a hundred and fifty feet or so up on your right.

Don’t continue straight ahead, as it will take you to the Mirage’s similar-looking white parking structure on the right. And unfortunately, there is a fee to park at the Mirage, although it has been temporarily waived during these Covid days.

Treasure Island (T.I.) Valet Parking Fee

Free!

As with self-parking, valet parking at the Treasure Island is free, and usually a good way to save time.

The valet parking entrance is off of the aforementioned Sirens Cove Blvd. Once you have turned from the Strip onto Sirens Cove Blvd, take the first right. There are four lanes there, although taxis use the far left lane.

While the valet parking service is free, it’s customary to tip the valet drivers at least a couple of dollars both when dropping off your car to them, and when picking it back up.

R.V. and Oversized Parking at Treasure Island

While R.V. parking is not allowed in the Treasure Island parking garage. There is (for a fee), oversized parking available at the Mirage next door.

The cost is $30 for vans and oversized vehicles. Buses and multi-axle vehicles pay $50 per day.
