Paris Las Vegas Casino is a French-themed resort on the central Las Vegas Strip, across from Bellagio and connected to Horseshoe. Its strongest appeal is the combination of location, destination restaurants, and a substantial casino, especially for couples and visitors who want to explore beyond their hotel. The main trade-offs are resort-scale walking, a smoking casino floor, and booking costs beyond the advertised room rate. I would choose Paris for a dining-and-sightseeing trip, not simply to chase inexpensive gambling.

What kind of casino is Paris Las Vegas?
Paris is a full-scale Strip resort with a theme you can recognize before reaching the driveway. The Eiffel Tower replica and balloon-shaped sign do the exterior work; French-style facades, cobblestone-pattern pathways, and a painted-sky ceiling give the casino more personality than a room filled with machines.
I think the theme is a bonus, but the location is the real reason to put Paris on a hotel shortlist. Bellagio is across Las Vegas Boulevard, Planet Hollywood is nearby, and Horseshoe connects indoors. You can build an evening around several properties without arranging transportation for every stop.
A central address does not make Paris compact, however. The walk from your room to dinner is a separate consideration, particularly in Versailles Tower.

For other destinations around the state, see our Nevada casino guide.
Casino floor and games
The operator describes an 85,000-square-foot casino with slots, live tables, and high-limit areas for both. This is a substantial gaming offering inside a sightseeing and dining destination, rather than a secluded gambling room.
My advice is to take a lap before committing your bankroll. Look at the games, posted minimums, and rules, not just the first open seat. A large table inventory does not tell you which games are staffed or what they cost that evening.
Slots and video poker
Paris offers reel-style slots, video slots, progressives, and video poker. Specific titles and denominations are better checked on the floor than taken from a permanent shopping list.
For slots, check the total wager and bonus requirements before pressing spin. A low denomination can still produce a substantial bet once all the credits are included. For video poker, read the paytable: machines offering the same game can pay differently for a full house or flush, and a convenient bar-top seat is not automatically the best gambling choice.
I would ignore claims that machines are hot, cold, loose, or due. A visitor’s session does not establish the casino’s expected return, and this guide does not assign Paris a property-wide slot payout percentage.
Table games
The core selection includes blackjack, craps, roulette, and baccarat, alongside poker-style games played against the house. Open tables, variants, and minimums can change with demand and staffing.
At blackjack, check the natural-blackjack payout, the dealer’s soft-17 rule, and restrictions on doubling or splitting. At roulette, count the zero pockets. Those details affect the game you are buying, even when two tables have the same minimum.
Do not budget around a remembered weekday minimum. Read the placard before sitting down, and count side bets as additional spending rather than harmless extras.
Poker room
Paris Las Vegas has no dedicated player-versus-player poker room. Video poker and house-banked poker games are separate products.
Paris and Horseshoe host World Series of Poker events, but tournament hosting does not mean Paris has a permanent cash-game room. If live poker is a priority, check the connected Horseshoe property’s current offerings and schedule separately.
Caesars Race & Sportsbook
Paris has an on-property Caesars Race & Sportsbook. The April 2025 fact sheet describes a 3,000-square-foot space with large LED screens, odds boards, 128 sportsbook seats, horse-racing carrels, and a bar/lounge with additional seating.
That makes it more than a betting counter beside some televisions. Still, published capacity is not a promise of an available chair for a major game. Check viewing arrangements, reservations where applicable, and counter hours before planning your afternoon around it.
Beer Park is another sports-watching option, but it is a rooftop restaurant and bar, not the sportsbook. Choose based on whether wagering or the food-and-drink atmosphere is the main event.
Paris Las Vegas hotel: Bordeaux vs. Versailles
The operator lists 3,672 rooms and suites across two towers. Bordeaux is the main Paris tower, with 2,916 rooms, including suites. Versailles contributes 756 redesigned rooms and connects to the existing resort by pedestrian bridge.
Versailles was formerly the Jubilee Tower at neighboring Horseshoe. Its integration into Paris adds accommodation choices, but the bridge connection matters when comparing routes to the casino, restaurants, pool, and transportation pickup areas.
I would choose the tower and room category first, then consider views and upgrades. A room can look excellent in photographs and still be inconvenient for the places you expect to use most.
Room-upgrade and balcony comparison
Gamboool assembled the operator’s published accommodation details and calculated the differences below. These compare listed room areas and inventory, not measurements from a hotel stay or a live-price study.
Gamboool original analysis
We assembled the comparison below from published information and our calculations. These are selected examples, rather than measured gambling sessions or a representative survey.
| Detail | Published information |
|---|---|
| Paris Las Vegas Versailles Tower: Published operating status and connection | The April 2025 fact sheet says Versailles Tower is open and describes a pedestrian bridge connecting it to the existing Paris resort. |
| Paris Las Vegas hotel towers: Published room inventories | The fact sheet lists 2,916 Bordeaux guestrooms, including 295 suites, versus 756 redesigned Versailles guestrooms. |
| Paris Las Vegas Versailles accommodation categories: Room versus Studio Suite interior area | The Versailles Room is listed at 445 square feet, while the two-queen Studio Suite is listed at 500 square feet. |
| Paris Las Vegas Versailles Executive Suite: Space, bed choices, and bathroom features | The Executive Suite is listed at 769 square feet, with one king or two queen beds, a shower, and a freestanding soaking tub. |
| Paris Las Vegas Versailles Premium Suite: Dining-table versus pool-table configuration | The Premium Suite is listed at 1,700 square feet; select suites substitute a pool table for the dining table. |
| Paris Las Vegas Versailles balcony rooms: Balcony size, inventory, bed configurations, and accessible categories | Select rooms have 55-square-foot balconies. The fact sheet lists 38 west-facing balcony rooms: 18 king rooms and 20 two-queen rooms, including an ADA room in each group. |
| Pool à Paris: Ordinary seating versus cabana rental | Lounge chairs are first-come-first-served, while shaded cabanas are available for rental. |
| Paris Las Vegas Eiffel Tower light show: Free attraction and published schedule | The exterior light show is free, with a published schedule every half hour from sunset to midnight; this is distinct from the viewing-deck experience. |
| Caesars Race & Sportsbook at Paris Las Vegas: Published sportsbook and bar/lounge seating | The fact sheet lists 128 sportsbook seats and 76 additional bar/lounge seats, plus dedicated horse-racing carrels. |
| Gordon Ramsay Steak and Nobu at Paris Las Vegas: Published dietary menu options | Gordon Ramsay Steak lists a dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu; Nobu lists vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. Specific dietary needs still require confirmation. |
| Nobu at Paris Las Vegas: Dietary options for dining comparison | Nobu explicitly lists vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. |
| Las Vegas Monorail: Single-ride starting price versus online purchase options | The visitor authority lists single rides starting at $6.00 and says online purchases can offer savings on single rides and passes. |
| Las Vegas Monorail: Weekday versus weekend operating hours | Published service begins at 7 a.m. daily, with earlier closing on Mondays than on Tuesdays through Thursdays or Fridays through Sundays. |
| Calculation | Result | Takeaway |
|---|---|---|
| Versailles Studio Suite versus Versailles Room: additional interior space | 55 square feet | The Studio Suite offers more interior space, but compare the actual upgrade price and bed configuration before paying for the suite label. |
| Versailles Executive Suite versus Versailles Room: additional interior space | 324 square feet | The Executive Suite offers a larger space upgrade than the Studio Suite; compare live prices if extra room is the reason for upgrading. |
| Balcony rooms as a share of the published Versailles Tower inventory | 5.02645502646 percent of published Versailles Tower guestrooms | Balconies are a limited room feature, not a tower-wide amenity. Book a balcony category explicitly rather than relying on a general Versailles reservation. |
| Illustrative monorail out-and-back budget using the published starting single-ride fare | $12.00 | Use this as a starting-fare budget, not a guaranteed checkout price. Compare online tickets and passes before buying separate rides. |

Method: Published inputs collected 2026-10-13. Illustrative assumptions are labeled, and the full calculation inputs remain in the saved research record. These examples support planning; they do not predict a particular session.
- Studio Suite: a modest space upgrade. Its listed 500 square feet is 55 square feet more than the 445-square-foot Versailles Room. If space is your only reason to upgrade, compare the actual premium and bed configuration. The suite name alone does not establish value.
- Executive Suite: a larger upgrade. Its listed 769 square feet adds 324 square feet over that Versailles Room category. It also lists a shower and freestanding soaking tub, making it a more meaningful comparison when space and bathroom features matter.
- Balconies: a limited feature. The fact sheet lists 38 balcony rooms among 756 Versailles rooms, approximately 5.03% of published tower inventory. That is an inventory share, not your chance of receiving an upgrade. Book an explicit balcony category if it is essential.
For the Premium Suite, check the configuration as well as the size: select suites substitute a pool table for the dining table. The right choice depends on how you intend to use the room.
Compare the complete stay price
Review the final total with applicable resort fees, taxes, parking, optional upgrades, and any early-arrival or late-departure charges. An incidental hold can also temporarily affect your available card balance.
Use the check-in, check-out, pet, and cancellation terms attached to your reservation. A flexible direct booking and a prepaid third-party offer can have different conditions.
For a quieter room, ask about elevator proximity, connecting doors, and exposure to nightlife. A desirable view and a quiet night are not necessarily the same purchase.
Restaurants and bars: choose the occasion first
Dining is one of the strongest reasons to consider Paris. The operator’s property overview lists destination restaurants, quick-service choices, and distinctive bars. I find that more useful than simply counting venues.
| Your priority | Options to compare | Practical consideration |
|---|---|---|
| French dining and a Strip setting | Mon Ami Gabi or Eiffel Tower Restaurant | Compare a street-level patio with an elevated restaurant experience; confirm seating arrangements. |
| A planned steak dinner | Gordon Ramsay Steak | Check the menu and reserve if this is a must-do meal. |
| Japanese cuisine | Nobu | A different dining direction from the French theme. |
| Cocktails and elaborate surroundings | Vanderpump à Paris or Chéri Rooftop | Choose for the setting as well as the drinks; check service and entertainment plans. |
| Sports with food and beer | Beer Park | Check viewing and seating arrangements rather than assuming sportsbook-style access. |
| A quicker meal or pastry stop | Bobby’s Burgers, Brioche by Guy Savoy, or Dominique Ansel Marché | Check hours and menus before relying on a particular outlet. |
The Bedford by Martha Stewart adds a country-house-inspired setting, while Café Americano offers another casual sit-down option. Paris does not have a traditional casino buffet, so plan an all-you-can-eat meal elsewhere if that matters to your trip.
The fact sheet lists a dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak, plus vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes at Nobu. Confirm specific dietary requirements directly, particularly for allergies.
For a special dinner, reserve ahead and check the dress code. For a quick meal, read the menu before joining the line. Convenient Strip dining is not automatically budget dining.
Mon Ami Gabi’s menu lists L’Apero happy hour Monday through Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., in the Pavilion and Pavilion Bar. That restriction matters: do not assume the offer applies to a patio table. Check the current menu before planning around it.
Pool, Eiffel Tower, spa, and nightlife

Pool à Paris occupies a two-acre area beneath the Eiffel Tower replica. The operator distinguishes first-come-first-served lounge chairs from rented cabanas. Check operating dates, access rules, and rental prices before deciding whether pool time requires another purchase.
The Eiffel Tower viewing deck and exterior light show are separate experiences. The operator describes the light show as free, with an April 2025 published schedule every half hour from sunset to midnight. Check current viewing-deck admission and operating conditions separately.
I like the light show as an easy addition to a Strip evening: it gives you a reason to step outside without committing to another ticketed attraction.
Voie Spa & Salon, Le Boulevard shopping, wedding chapels, and meeting facilities round out the resort. Chéri Rooftop and other lounges add nightlife options; check the current calendar if a particular event is your reason for visiting.
Wyndham’s description of Voie lists relaxation lounges with an aroma steam room, whirlpool, and sauna. Ask which facilities your treatment or admission includes. Their presence does not establish complimentary access for hotel guests.
Parking, transportation, and practical visit tips
Getting there and getting around
Paris is on the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard. Taxis and rideshare services are practical airport options, although Strip traffic and major events can affect the journey. Do not assume an airport shuttle is included with your room.
The Horseshoe/Paris Las Vegas Monorail station can be useful for north-south journeys, but include the station walk in your comparison. It is not an airport train.
Using the visitor authority’s supplied starting fare of $6.00 and an illustrative assumption of two single rides, an out-and-back journey for one traveler starts at $12.00. This is a budgeting example, not a guaranteed checkout price. Compare online tickets and passes before buying separate rides.
A central location can reduce the need for a rental car when most plans are on the Strip. Still, bridges, intersections, escalators, and casino corridors make walking distances longer than they appear on a map. Use designated crossings.
Parking, smoking, and accessibility
Self-parking and valet are available. Check current charges and qualifying exemptions for your reservation or Caesars Rewards tier; do not assume a restaurant purchase makes parking free.
Caesars’ Paris parking guidance, updated in May 2023, says the property does not offer oversized parking. Arrange an alternative for an RV or other oversized vehicle before arriving.
Paris is not a smoke-free casino. If cigarette smoke is a deciding factor, consider routes through gaming areas as well as your room selection. A nonsmoking room does not make the resort smoke-free.
For accessible accommodations, confirm the bathroom layout and required features before booking. The operator lists accessible categories among the Versailles balcony rooms, but availability still needs to be checked. The route from your room to your main destinations deserves attention alongside the room itself.
Caesars Rewards
Paris participates in Caesars Rewards. Use your card for tracked gaming, and ask which hotel and restaurant purchases qualify under current rules.
I would compare member offers with public rates, especially if you already receive Caesars promotions. Then compare the complete stay price, cancellation terms, and tower assignment. A discounted room is useful only if it fits the trip.
Rewards should be an extra, not a reason to increase your gambling budget.
Strengths, trade-offs, and who Paris suits
Location, dining, and character are the strongest advantages. Paris has a recognizable casino atmosphere and enough non-gambling choices to make sense for a mixed group. Its central setting is particularly valuable when you intend to explore neighboring properties.
The trade-offs are walking, smoke, and the need to plan costs carefully. Versailles adds accommodation choices but also a bridge connection. Popular dining plans require more preparation than arriving hungry, and an appealing advertised rate should not distract from the final booking total.
Our recommendation
Paris suits couples, restaurant-focused travelers, and first-time Strip visitors who want a central base with a casino that has some personality. Its dining variety and nearby attractions make it particularly useful when gambling is only part of the trip, while Bordeaux and Versailles provide different accommodation choices. I would choose another property if a smoke-free gaming floor or minimal walking matters most; at Paris, the tower and room category deserve as much attention as the advertised rate.
