Treasure Island Casino Las Vegas, usually called TI, is a casino resort on the Strip near Fashion Show and the Venetian resort complex. I would shortlist it for its useful location, free guest parking, on-site dining, and Mystère by Cirque du Soleil. The biggest drawback is straightforward: smoking is permitted in most casino areas. TI best suits visitors who want a practical Strip base with entertainment close at hand, rather than making a lavish hotel experience the centerpiece of the trip.

Location: a practical base for this part of the Strip
TI is a full-service Strip resort with a casino, hotel, restaurants, pool, spa, and resident Cirque du Soleil show. Its appeal is less about having the longest amenities list and more about putting the essentials in a useful location.
The property is privately owned by Phil Ruffin. TI describes approximately 90,000 square feet of gaming space and pedestrian connections to Fashion Show and the Grand Canal Shoppes in its official hotel FAQs. Those connections matter if you want to explore this part of the Strip without calling a car every time you leave the hotel.
My advice is to choose your base around your itinerary. TI is convenient for plans around Fashion Show, Venetian, and Palazzo. If nearly every dinner, show, and meeting is toward the southern end of the Strip, a tempting room rate may come with more transportation than you wanted.
For other options around the state, see our Nevada casino guide.
Casino floor and games
Treasure Island offers machine gaming, live casino gaming, and an on-property sportsbook. Its approximately 90,000-square-foot gaming floor gives you a sense of scale, but does not guarantee that your preferred machine or table will be available.
I would not choose TI on the assumption that a particular low minimum, slot title, or favorable rule is guaranteed. Inventories and open tables change. The posted rules are more useful than a remembered wager from somebody else’s trip.
Slots and video poker
For machine play, check the total wager before pressing the button. A low denomination does not necessarily mean a low-cost spin, particularly when multiple credits or an additional wager are needed to activate a feature.
For video poker, compare the pay schedule rather than just the game name. Machines with the same title can pay differently for individual hands, and the top royal-flush award may require a maximum-credit bet.
A winning or losing guest report does not establish a casino’s machine returns. A recent jackpot does not make the next machine due. Set a budget before playing, not after the machine has helped you reconsider it.
Table games: check rules as well as minimums
Check the live lineup and posted minimums when you visit. I would rather leave you with useful questions than a dollar minimum that may disappear by Saturday night.
- Blackjack: Read the natural-blackjack payout and other posted rules, not just the minimum bet.
- Roulette: Check the wheel format before buying chips.
- Craps: Ask about the minimum and available odds.
- Poker-themed casino games: Understand the required wagers and optional side bets before sitting down.
These are game-selection considerations, not a promise that every named game will be open. Poker-themed table games are not the same as a player-versus-player poker room.
Poker room
Treasure Island has no dedicated player-versus-player poker room. Do not plan a live cash-game session or poker tournament here. Video poker and casino poker-style games are different products.
Sportsbook: STN Sports at Golden Circle
TI has an on-property sportsbook operated by Station Casinos under the STN Sports brand, integrated with Golden Circle’s bar and restaurant setting. It is a useful combination for visitors who want wagering, a meal, and sports viewing in the same part of the resort.
CDC Gaming’s April 24, 2025 report described the approved operation and planned April 29 opening, including betting kiosks, STN account sign-up stations, and extensive screens. Those are reported opening details, not a guarantee that every feature remains unchanged.
For a major game, ask about seating, any food-and-drink requirements, and wagering hours. The bar and betting counter may keep different schedules, and placing a wager does not necessarily reserve a seat.
Hotel rooms and booking costs
TI’s undated hotel brochure lists 2,884 rooms and suites. Treat that as a published inventory figure, not a current room count. Categories range from Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Spa Rooms to Petite, Tower, Executive, Luxury, Premier, and Penthouse suites.
I would start with the room category that meets your needs, then compare the final price with nearby alternatives. More space makes sense if you will use it. Paying for a suite while spending almost the entire trip elsewhere is a different proposition.
One inclusion is worth pricing separately: the Deluxe Spa Room includes daily access to Oleksandra Spa & Salon’s facilities for up to two guests, including the sauna, steam room, whirlpool baths, and fitness center. If both travelers intend to use them, compare that benefit with a standard room plus separate spa admission.
TI lists small refrigerators, safes, irons, and hair dryers among its room amenities, but does not provide full-size in-room coffee makers. Coffee is available around the resort, which still means an extra purchase or a trip downstairs.
- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Checkout: 11 a.m.
- Early check-in or late checkout: May be available from $40.00 plus tax, subject to availability and changing prices.
- Room requests: Specify bed type, nonsmoking preference, and required accessibility features when booking.
- Reservation terms: Check the deposit, incidental hold, cancellation deadline, and occupancy conditions for your rate.
Which Treasure Island offer is the better value?
Compare the full stay total, plus benefits you would otherwise pay for, rather than promotional starting rates alone. TI’s deals and offers page illustrates the distinctions.
Gamboool original analysis
We assembled the comparison below from published information and our calculations. These are selected examples, rather than measured gambling sessions or a representative survey.
| Detail | Published information |
|---|---|
| TI TV Ad Special: Resort-fee choice versus other bookings | The TV Ad Special offers an optional resort fee, but opting out means paying separately for Wi-Fi, fitness-center access, and other resort-fee amenities. Do not treat the optional fee as a property-wide booking policy. |
| TI TV Ad Special: Starting rate and eligibility | The advertised Deluxe Room rate starts at $69.00, requires the specified membership, and varies with availability and travel dates rather than serving as a guaranteed nightly quote. |
| TI BOGO room offer: Free room night versus remaining fees | The BOGO offer still applies a resort fee to free nights, making its final booking total more useful than the free-night headline when comparing offers. |
| TI continental-breakfast package: Eligibility and breakfast limits | The breakfast package requires a Sunday-through-Thursday arrival and at least two nights. Breakfast vouchers are limited to two people per room, and breakfast excludes arrival day. |
| TI prepaid dining offer: Purchase price, credit, and redemption method | TI advertises $100.00 in dining credit for an $80.00 prepayment, usable across nine venues by posting eligible charges to the room account. |
| TI self-parking and valet: Cost, access, and availability | Self-parking and valet are advertised as free for hotel and casino guests, with both open around the clock. Valet has limited availability, and a gratuity is suggested. |
| TI oversized-vehicle parking: Alternative to the complimentary garage | Oversized parking is not the same free on-site arrangement: TI lists limited space at Circus Circus RV Park for $36.00 per day, with advance confirmation needed. |
| TI airport ground transportation: Taxi versus third-party shuttle pricing | TI publishes a $30.00 one-way airport taxi fare versus approximately $15.00 per person each way for third-party shuttles. These are published planning figures, not a live transport quote. |
| TI transportation prices: Published-fare exclusions | The property’s transportation prices are subject to change and exclude gratuities where applicable. |
| TI pool access: Hotel amenity versus resort-fee inclusion | Pool access is offered to registered hotel guests independently of the resort fee, an important distinction when evaluating an eligible fee-optional booking. |
| TI arrival and departure: Standard times versus paid flexibility | Standard check-in is 3 p.m., and checkout is 11 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout may be available from $40.00 plus tax, rather than being automatically included. |
| TI additional bedding: Occupancy-fee inclusion versus separate rental | A rollaway or crib is included for guests paying the additional occupancy fee. Under single/double occupancy pricing, a rollaway may cost $40.00 plus tax per day, and a crib may cost $20.00 plus tax per day, subject to availability at check-in. |
| TI smoking policy: Casino areas versus guest-room restrictions | Smoking is allowed in most casino areas and in limited rooms and suites on the 36th floor. Smoking in a designated nonsmoking room can trigger a cleaning fee. |
| TI mobility equipment: Complimentary wheelchairs versus paid scooters | Wheelchairs are complimentary for hotel guests subject to availability and a refundable credit-card deposit; electric scooters carry a daily rental charge. |
| TI cabana and day-bed reservations: Full-day reservations versus half-day availability | Full-day pool seating rentals can be reserved, while half-day rentals depend on same-day availability and cannot be booked ahead. |
| TI gift cards: Resort spending versus gambling | TI gift cards cover specified resort purchases but cannot be used for casino gaming or redeemed for cash. |
| Calculation | Result | Takeaway |
|---|---|---|
| Airport shuttle cost for an illustrative two-person party, one way | $30.00 per party, one way | Compare the party’s shuttle total with TI’s published taxi fare before reserving separate shuttle seats. Transportation prices can change, and applicable gratuities are excluded. |
| Airport shuttle cost for an illustrative four-person party, one way | $60.00 per party, one way | A per-person shuttle fare becomes less attractive as the party grows. Compare it with the published taxi fare, and confirm that one vehicle can accommodate everyone and their luggage. |
| Airport taxi fare split among an illustrative four-person party | $7.50 per person, one way, before gratuity | Sharing a suitable taxi can cost less per person than the published shuttle fare. Confirm the fare and vehicle capacity before committing. |
| Face-value savings from fully using TI’s prepaid dining credit | $20.00 saved if the entire eligible credit is used | The prepaid credit is useful only if you would otherwise make enough eligible food-and-drink purchases to use it fully. Review the offer’s fine print before paying. |

Method: Published inputs collected 2026-10-14. Illustrative assumptions are labeled, and the full calculation inputs remain in the saved research record. These examples support planning; they do not predict a particular session.
- TV Ad Special: Advertised Deluxe Room rates start at $69.00, subject to membership requirements, dates, and availability. This qualifying offer allows an optional resort fee. Opting out means paying separately for Wi-Fi, fitness-center access, and other resort-fee amenities. Qualified Treasury Players Club reservations can also have this arrangement; it is not a property-wide waiver.
- BOGO room offer: A free room night is not a fee-free night. TI states that the resort fee applies to free nights, so compare the final booking total.
- Continental-breakfast package: Listed terms require Sunday-through-Thursday arrival and at least two nights. Vouchers cover no more than two people per room and exclude arrival day. That can help an eligible couple, but does not automatically cover everyone sharing the room.
- Prepaid dining credit: Paying $80.00 for $100.00 in eligible credit saves $20.00 if you use it fully. Participating purchases must be charged to the room account. Review eligibility and redemption conditions before paying.
Compare offers for the same dates and room category. Count breakfast or dining credit only if you genuinely intend to use it. A discount that persuades you to buy something you did not want is not much of a bargain.
Pool, spa, and fitness: what costs extra?
TI has an outdoor pool, cabanas, Oleksandra Spa & Salon, and a fitness center. Pool access is an amenity for registered hotel guests, not a resort-fee benefit. Opting out of the fee on an eligible reservation therefore does not, by itself, remove hotel pool access.
Fitness access and spa access are different benefits. The official spa page lists sauna, steam-room, and whirlpool admission at $50.00 per hotel guest per day, or $60.00 for non-hotel guests and guests not paying the resort fee. It says the hotel-guest admission charge is waived on the day of a confirmed massage, facial, or body treatment. Check your room package before paying separately.
Paid pool seating and treatments are separate expenses. Full-day cabana and day-bed rentals can be reserved; half-day rentals depend on same-day availability. Check seasonal pool hours before building a stay around them.
Allow for more than a treatment’s menu price: Oleksandra’s published service menu states that a 20% service charge is automatically added to spa and salon treatments. Confirm the total when reserving.
Restaurants and bars
TI’s official venue directory lists Phil’s Steak House, Gilley’s BBQ, Golden Circle Sports Bar, The Coffee Shop, Pho – Vietnamese, and Pizzeria Francesco’s. Starbucks adds another coffee option.
- Planned dinner: Phil’s Steak House is the steakhouse choice. TI offers reservations there and at Gilley’s BBQ.
- Barbecue and a livelier evening: Gilley’s combines dining with the saloon’s country-music identity.
- Sports and food: Golden Circle fits an afternoon or evening built around a game.
- A simpler meal: The Coffee Shop, Pho, and Pizzeria Francesco’s offer alternatives to making every dinner a major event.
I like that mix for a hotel base: enough variety to stay on-site when convenience matters, with nearby resorts expanding the choices when dinner is the main event. Before Mystère, check restaurant hours and leave a comfortable margin. A relaxed dinner loses some charm when the theater clock starts winning.
Mystère, Gilley’s, and other entertainment
Mystère by Cirque du Soleil is TI’s signature attraction and the strongest reason for a nongambler to spend an evening here. Gilley’s adds live music and dancing, while The Cove Bar & Arcade offers another activity outside the casino. TI promotes these on its official website; schedules, admission conditions, and charges vary.
The old outdoor pirate show is no longer offered. Do not confuse the property’s recognizable pirate imagery with a current performance schedule.
TI also has meeting space and wedding facilities. Families can use suitable hotel amenities and entertainment, but this remains a casino resort, not a children’s attraction built around the old theme.
Parking, directions, and airport transfers
Free guest parking is one of TI’s clearest strengths. Its guest-services page lists free self-parking and valet for hotel and casino guests, both open 24 hours. Valet availability is limited, and a gratuity is suggested.
For the garage, TI recommends Mel Tormé Way as the approximate GPS location. The garage connects to the hotel by pedestrian bridge and has EV charging stations. Check charging availability and terms separately.
Large vehicles need planning. TI lists an 8-foot-1-inch entry clearance through Level 2 and a 6-foot-10-inch clearance on Levels 3 through 7. Its oversized-vehicle alternative is limited off-site parking at Circus Circus RV Park, advertised at $36.00 per day for qualifying vans and large vehicles. Call ahead; that is not the same free on-site arrangement.
Airport transfer: compare the party total
TI does not operate an airport hotel shuttle. Taxis and Uber/Lyft pickups are available near the lobby and valet area, while third-party companies offer shuttle service.
Using TI’s published planning figures, an approximately $15.00-per-person, one-way shuttle totals approximately $30.00 for two travelers or $60.00 for four. TI lists a $30.00 one-way airport taxi fare. Split equally among four travelers in one suitable vehicle, that is $7.50 per person before gratuity.
These are illustrative comparisons, not live quotes. Prices can change, applicable gratuities are excluded, and the taxi comparison assumes one vehicle accommodates everyone and their luggage. Once you are traveling as a group, compare the vehicle total before buying separate shuttle seats.
Smoking and accessibility
Smoking is permitted in most casino areas and limited designated hotel rooms. A nonsmoking room does not create a smoke-free route through the gaming floor. If smoke sensitivity is a major concern, I would weigh that more heavily than a small room-rate saving.
TI lists accessible rooms and elevators, a pool lift, complimentary wheelchairs for hotel guests, and rental scooters. Equipment availability is limited, and wheelchair loans can require a refundable credit-card deposit. Reserve specific room features and arrange equipment ahead where possible.
Treasury Players Club
TI’s casino loyalty program is the Treasury Players Club. Ask the club desk how eligible play, points, and offers work for your games. MyTI Guestbook and ALL Accor hotel membership offers are separate, so do not assume the same benefits apply across all three.
Use benefits you qualify for, but do not raise your gambling budget to chase a discounted room. The room offer should fit the trip, not dictate how much you lose trying to earn it.
Who Treasure Island is best for
Treasure Island suits visitors who want a practical Strip base, free guest parking, and an evening built around Mystère, dining, or sports viewing. I would give its location near Fashion Show and the Venetian complex more weight than promotional starting rates, because convenience helps throughout the trip. Choose another property if a smoke-free casino or a luxury-first hotel experience is central to your plans, and compare complete booking totals before treating an optional-fee offer as the best value.
