Station Casinos Boarding Pass (my|Rewards) Guide

Station Casinos my|Rewards Boarding Pass: tier levels, status credit and point earning rates, cash back, slot play, point expiry and participating casinos.

Boarding Pass, now branded my|Rewards Boarding Pass, is the free players club at Station Casinos, the Las Vegas locals casino chain that runs Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Durango and the Station and Wildfire casinos. You earn points worth $1 per 1,000 for cash back, free slot play and comps, plus status credits that move you through five tiers from Preferred to Chairman. The program is built for people who play often at off-Strip casinos, and its cash back option is the feature that sets it apart.

About Station Casinos

Station Casinos was founded in Las Vegas on July 1, 1976, by Frank Fertitta Jr. Its first casino later became Palace Station. Frank Fertitta III leads the company today, and its publicly traded parent is Red Rock Resorts. The company went through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, filing on July 28, 2009 and emerging in June 2011.

Station casinos sit off the Las Vegas Strip and are aimed mainly at locals, which shapes the program: several benefits, longer point life and invited multiplier offers depend on having a local account.

Participating properties

Points and status work at every property on Station’s current list:

  • Red Rock Casino Resort Spa
  • Green Valley Ranch
  • Durango Casino & Resort (opened December 2023)
  • Palace Station
  • Boulder Station
  • Sunset Station
  • Santa Fe Station
  • Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company and The Greens
  • Wildfire Casino in Rancho, Boulder Highway, Sunset, Anthem, Valley View and Lake Mead, plus Wildfire & Lanes and Wildfire on Fremont

Several older Station properties are gone. Texas Station, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson closed in 2020 and were demolished in 2022. Wild Wild West closed in 2022, and the Palms was sold to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in 2021, so none of them take Boarding Pass. Graton Resort & Casino in California, which Station managed until 2020, is not part of the program either.

How to join

You must be 21 or older. Sign up at a Rewards Center, Player Services or a new sign-up kiosk at any participating casino, and bring a government photo ID: a state driver’s license or ID card, passport, military ID or green card. To be treated as a local, your account needs a current address in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City or Pahrump.

Boarding Pass tiers

Your tier depends on status credits earned in a six-month period. Status earned from January 1 to June 30 or from July 1 to December 31 is kept for the following six months.

Tier Status credits in a six-month period Gift shop discount
Preferred 0 to 999 10%
Gold 1,000+ 15%
Platinum 40,000+ 20%
President 100,000+ 25%
Chairman 300,000+ 30%

What each tier adds

  • All tiers: best available room rates, invited locals multiplier offers, and points for cash back and free slot play.
  • Gold and Platinum: Princess Cruises offers based on your play.
  • President: VIP parking, plus hotel VIP check-in, turndown service and early check-in or late checkout where available, select concert tickets when available, and 5% off Kids Quest and Cyber Quest.
  • Chairman: everything at President, plus Princess Cruises offers, valet next car up, ground transportation where available, a 20% catering cash discount and 10% off Kids Quest and Cyber Quest.

Cruise offers do not cover taxes, fees or port charges, and many perks depend on the property.

How to earn status credits

Status credits only move you up the tiers. You cannot spend them. Point days and multiplier offers do not add status credits.

Activity Status credits
Slots 3 per $1 coin-in
Video poker and multi-game machines 1 per $1 coin-in
Bingo, sports and race bets 1 per $1 wagered
Pari-mutuel race bets 10 per $1 wagered
Live keno (where available) 15 per $1 wagered
Live poker (where available) 100 per hour
Table games Based on game, time played and average bet
Station restaurants 10 per $1
Steakhouses 20 per $1
Beverages 30 per $1
Hotel stays 50 per $1
Other amenities 10 per $1

Non-gaming spending is the fastest route to status. A $1,000 hotel bill earns 50,000 credits, enough for Platinum on its own, while $1,000 of slot play earns 3,000.

How to earn points

Points are the currency you redeem. Insert your card in machines and hand it to the dealer at table games so your play is tracked.

Activity Points
Slots and video keno 1 per $1 coin-in
Video poker and multi-game machines 1 per $2 coin-in
Bingo 5 per $1 wagered
Live keno 15 per $1 wagered
Live poker 1,000 per hour
Sports (counter, kiosk or mobile) 1 per $1 wagered, pregame bets only
Pari-mutuel win, place, exotic and mobile bets 20 per $1 wagered

Some machines are designated as earning no points, so check the machine before you play for points. Sports bets earn points only when they settle, live and in-play bets earn nothing, and moneyline favorites earn on the amount won rather than the amount wagered.

What that is worth

At 1,000 points per $1, slot play returns 0.1% of your coin-in in points ($1 back for every $1,000 played) and video poker returns 0.05%. Live poker is worth $1 per hour. Invited multiplier days raise those returns, so locals who play on multiplier days get noticeably more from the card. Table game comps are set by the pit and are not published.

Using your points

  • Cash back: redeem points for a cash voucher, from $5 up to $1,000 a day. Redeem the voucher at the main casino cage within 48 hours. Photo ID and your PIN are required.
  • Free slot play: redeem in $5 steps, from $5 up to $1,000 a day. Slot play is not cashable and expires 90 days after it is issued.
  • Comps: use points for food, hotel stays and other amenities at participating properties.
  • Bingo play and sportsbook bonus cash: points can also be turned into bingo play or bonus cash in Station’s sports betting app.

Points do not last forever. For Preferred and Gold local accounts, points are redeemable for at least 179 days from the day you earn them. For Platinum, President, Chairman and all out-of-town accounts, the window is at least 395 days. Points can be forfeited if your account has no gaming activity.

Tracking your account

Your status credits and points update in real time in the STN Mobile app and at rewards kiosks in each casino. Rewards Centers can also help with your balance, PIN and offers. Station publishes the full terms in its official Boarding Pass rules, and it can change earning rates and benefits at its discretion.

Is Boarding Pass worth it?

For anyone who plays at Station casinos, yes: joining costs nothing and the cash back option turns points straight into money, which many big Strip programs do not offer. The base slot return of 0.1% is modest, so most of the value comes from multiplier days, mailed offers and the status perks at President and Chairman. Video poker players earn points at half the slot rate. Hotel and dining spending counts heavily toward status, which helps visitors who stay at Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch or Durango. If you split your play across the Strip, compare it with MGM Rewards and Caesars Rewards, and read our guide to earning casino comps. Our casino rewards hub covers the other major programs.

Boarding Pass FAQ

How much are Boarding Pass points worth?

1,000 points equal $1 in cash back, free slot play or comps. The minimum cash back or slot play redemption is $5, which takes 5,000 points.

How do you reach Platinum?

Earn 40,000 status credits in one six-month period. Slot play earns 3 credits per $1, so that is about $13,334 of slot coin-in, or less if you add hotel and dining spending.

Do Boarding Pass points expire?

Points stay redeemable for at least 179 days on Preferred and Gold local accounts and at least 395 days on higher tiers and out-of-town accounts. Free slot play expires 90 days after it is issued.

Can you use Boarding Pass at the Palms or Graton?

No. The Palms was sold in 2021, and Graton is not on the participating property list.
