Mandalay Bay Food Court: Restaurants & Hours

With three different hotels boasting over 3,000 rooms, a busy casino floor, a 12,000 seat arena, the 5th biggest convention center in the United States, and even a shark habit to boot, there is a huge demand for dining at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

So in addition to the lineup of 21 restaurants, Mandalay Bay has a spacious and colorful food court offering quick-service meals for nearly every appetite.

The food court is located at the back (south) end of the resort, in-between the popular Shark Reef Aquarium and the massive convention center space (which totals over 2 million square feet). There are several TVs, and in the times I’ve been there, I’ve found the area to be pretty clean.

There are five different foot stands to choose from, along with their hours.

Home of the made-from scratch, hand-tossed New York style pizzas, Bonanno’s serves other Italian classics as well, including baked Ziti, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan, Caesar salads and garlic knots.

Bonanno’s New York Pizzeria hours are as follows:

Saturday & Sunday8 AM – 8 PM

Johnny Rockets

The fun 1950’s retro vibe is only part of the appeal here, as the popular nationwide chain is famous for their hamburgers and cheeseburgers (the Original, the Original Double, etc.).

Subway

If you’re an early riser, this one of your only options at Mandalay Bay, which is OK given how tasty and affordable the breakfast bacon and egg sandwiches are here. You can also get your late night fix here, as this Subway is open 24 hours a day.

Mandalay Bay Food Court Hours

What are the food court hours? The quick answer is “24 hours a day,” however that’s a little misleading, as Subway is the only restaurant at Mandalay Bay’s food court to remain open all day and night.

Mandalay Bay’s Subway is the only restaurant that is open 24 hours a day.

Each restaurant’s hours are posted above, however all of them (other than Subway), close at 8 PM.
