Intertops is now Everygame. The brand changed its name on December 1, 2021, under the same owners, and Everygame still runs an offshore sportsbook and two online casinos that accept US players in most states. It is not licensed by any US state regulator, and its own rules reserve the right to refuse new US sign-ups.

From Intertops to Everygame
Intertops began as a bookmaker and has taken bets online since 1996, making it one of the oldest online sportsbooks. The rename to Everygame in December 2021 changed the brand, not the business: the same company kept running the sportsbook, casinos and customer accounts. The old Intertops casino lobbies carried over as Everygame Classic and Everygame Red.
Is Everygame safe and legal for US players?
Everygame takes US customers, but no US state licenses it, so no state regulator handles disputes, tests its games or protects your balance. Everygame’s own site and rules name no operating company or regulator, and review sites give conflicting owners and licences. Its rules also refuse all sign-ups from Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, France and Slovakia.
The brand’s long history counts for something, but treat it like any offshore site: keep balances small and withdraw regularly. If you live in a state with legal online sports betting or casino games, the state-licensed apps give you far more protection.
Sportsbook
Everygame’s sportsbook covers more than 20 sports, with US leagues such as the NBA alongside soccer and other international sports, and live in-play betting. If you plan to build multi-leg tickets, read our guide to parlays and teasers first.
Everygame’s rules cap winnings at $100,000 per bet and $110,000 per week.
The two casinos
One account gives you two separate casino lobbies, Everygame Classic and Everygame Red, each with its own games and its own bonuses. Between them they carry games from Realtime Gaming (RTG), WGS and Arrow’s Edge, and the Classic lobby alone lists 137 slots.
Poker room closed
Everygame no longer has a working poker room. Everygame Poker and Juicy Stakes made up the whole Horizon poker network, and both rooms closed on November 30, 2025, after players were told to withdraw their poker balances. If you see poker still mentioned on older review sites, that information is out of date.

Deposits and withdrawals
The sportsbook and both casinos share one wallet. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex cards work for deposits, along with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. Cards cannot be used for withdrawals, and crypto is the fastest way to get paid. Everygame’s cashier lists these withdrawal options:
| Method | Limits | Fee | Payout time after processing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin | $100 minimum, $2,500 a week | None | Sent once processed |
| Check (US and Canada) | $150 minimum, $3,000 maximum | $60 | 4 to 12 business days |
| Bank wire | $150 minimum, $2,500 maximum | $50 plus bank fees | 1 to 10 business days |
Processing starts 48 hours after you request a payout and runs Monday to Friday. Checks cannot be sent to Washington State, and wires cannot be sent to Washington State or Maryland. Everygame’s rules allow one payout a week, and you must roll over a deposit at least once before you can withdraw it. Payouts generally go back to the method you deposited with.
Mobile and support
There is no native app. The sportsbook and casinos run in your phone’s browser. Support is by 24/7 live chat and by email, with separate desks for the sportsbook, casino and payments. There is no toll-free phone number, but you can request a callback.
Our verdict
Everygame is the same long-running business that traded as Intertops, with a simple sportsbook, two casinos with different game libraries and a crypto-first cashier. The downsides are a $2,500 weekly crypto withdrawal cap, a one-payout-a-week rule, unclear licensing and no US state oversight. Everygame and Intertops FAQ
Is Intertops still open?
Not under that name. Intertops became Everygame on December 1, 2021, and the sportsbook and casinos operate as Everygame.
Is Everygame the same company as Intertops?
Yes. The rename changed the brand, not the owners, and accounts carried over.
Which US states can’t use Everygame?
Independent reviews list Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Everygame’s rules do not name states but reserve the right to refuse any new US registration.
Does Everygame still have poker?
No. Everygame Poker closed on November 30, 2025, along with the rest of the Horizon poker network.
Is Everygame legal in the US?
Everygame accepts US players but is not licensed by any US state, so you have no state regulator to turn to if something goes wrong.
