Caesars Rewards is the free loyalty program of Caesars Entertainment, covering its casinos, hotels, restaurants and shows across the US as well as its online sportsbook and casino apps. If you are looking for Eldorado ONE Club, it no longer exists as a separate program: Eldorado Resorts bought Caesars in 2020, took the Caesars name, and moved its properties and players into Caesars Rewards.

What Happened to Eldorado ONE Club?
Before it bought Caesars, Eldorado Resorts ran its own player’s club, ONE Club, at its casinos.
In July 2020, Eldorado completed its purchase of Caesars Entertainment. The combined company kept the better-known Caesars name, and Eldorado’s casinos were brought into Caesars Rewards, which added former Eldorado properties to the program. If you held a ONE Club card, Caesars Rewards is now the program at the casinos Caesars runs.
Caesars Rewards itself is the program once called Total Rewards, which was renamed in 2019.
How Caesars Rewards Works
Membership is free for anyone 21 or older. You can join at any Caesars property or online, and you earn when you use your card or account number for gambling and many non-gaming purchases. There are two separate balances:
- Tier Credits decide your status. They build up over the calendar year, and your total determines your tier for the following year.
- Reward Credits are what you spend. You can redeem them for hotel stays, dining, shows, free slot play and more at participating properties.
You earn on slot machines, video poker, table games such as blackjack, and poker, plus on hotel rooms, restaurants and entertainment at participating venues. In states where they operate, Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars’ online casinos, Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino, also earn Tier Credits. Earning rates differ by game type and are not published in full, so ask at the rewards desk or check the app for the property you visit.
Caesars Rewards Tiers
Everyone starts at Gold. As you earn Tier Credits in a calendar year you move up through Platinum (5,000 Tier Credits), Diamond (15,000), Diamond Plus (25,000) and Diamond Elite (75,000), with the top Seven Stars tier at 150,000. Higher tiers bring better offers and perks. Diamond members can pay for access to the Laurel Lounge where one is available, and Diamond Plus and Diamond Elite members get in free.
Diamond is the tier most regular visitors aim for, and some players reach it in a single trip. Read how in our story on getting Diamond in a day at Caesars Palace. Thresholds and benefits for the upper tiers change from time to time, so check the current Caesars Rewards terms before you plan your play around a target.
How Caesars Rewards Compares
Caesars Rewards is one of the largest casino loyalty programs in the US because Caesars runs so many properties, and that reach is its main strength: credits earned in one state can be used in another. Other major programs include MGM Rewards, the program once called M life, and Wynn Rewards, which replaced the Wynn Red Card. For the companies behind the programs, see our profiles of casino owners such as Las Vegas Sands. For tips that apply to any program, see our guide on how to earn comps.
