The best poker rooms in Las Vegas for most players are the Venetian, the biggest room on the Strip with 50 tables, and the Wynn room inside Encore, both open 24 hours with daily tournaments and big tournament series. Bellagio and Aria are the traditional homes of high-stakes games, while off-Strip rooms such as South Point spread lower-stakes limit and no-limit games for locals.

Venetian poker room
The poker room at the Venetian is the largest on the Las Vegas Strip, with 50 tables in a 14,000-square-foot room. It sits in the Palazzo tower on level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes, with direct access to the Palazzo self-parking garage, and it is open 24 hours.
The room spreads a wide range of cash games and is best known for its DeepStack Poker Series tournament festivals. The WPT Fall Festival runs there from October 28 to November 15, 2026, with nearly $4 million in guaranteed prize pools. Regular promotions include high hands, Card of the Month bonuses, hourly poker rewards and a bad beat jackpot.
Wynn poker room at Encore
The Wynn poker room is in Encore, not in the original Wynn tower. You can park in the Wynn self-park garage and walk over the pedestrian bridge. The room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and runs cash games plus a busy tournament schedule that includes No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha, mixed games, seniors events, satellites and nightly turbos.
Wynn has become one of the city’s main tournament venues. The Wynn Fall Classic ran from September 28 to October 25, 2026, and the WPT World Championship, in its fifth year at Wynn, runs from November 27 to December 21, 2026. Outside series, daily tournaments run twice a day, including a $10,000 guaranteed event every evening at 6 p.m.
Bellagio and Aria
Bellagio has long been the city’s best-known high-stakes room. Its high-limit area was long known as Bobby’s Room, after Bobby Baldwin, the 1978 World Series of Poker champion who later ran Bellagio, until it was renamed the Legends Room in 2020. Aria, next door, also runs a poker room. Stakes and game mix at both change from day to day, so check a live game list before you go.
Caesars Palace
Caesars Palace also has a poker room. Its stakes and schedule are not published online, so call ahead for the current game list.
Best locals poker rooms
Locals rooms away from the Strip tend to spread lower stakes, and several offer free parking.
South Point is a good example. The room has about 30 tables, is open 24 hours and is non-smoking. It spreads $4/$8 and $8/$16 Limit Hold’em and Omaha Hi/Lo, plus No Limit Hold’em at $1/$2, $2/$3 and $3/$5, and deals Stud, mixed games and other Omaha games on request. Daily tournaments start at 10:10 a.m., 2:10 p.m., 6:10 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. with buy-ins of $120 and $300.
Other Nevada locals casinos with poker rooms include The Orleans, Red Rock in Summerlin and Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. Green Valley Ranch reopened its room in December 2025 with 15 tables, open 24 hours, spreading Limit and No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. Games and hours at smaller rooms change often, so call ahead or check the Bravo Poker Live app before you drive out.
Low stakes or high stakes?
If you want to keep your risk small, Limit Hold’em is the game to look for. You know your maximum risk on every hand, and $4/$8 games are still spread at locals rooms such as South Point. No Limit Hold’em at $1/$2 or $1/$3 is the most common game in the city, but a single hand can cost your whole stack.
For bigger games, the Strip rooms at Bellagio, Aria, Wynn and the Venetian draw the most money. Those rooms also draw the most professional players, so expect tougher competition at the bigger tables.
Comps and perks for poker players

Closed and renamed rooms
Some well-known Strip names have closed or changed. The Mirage closed on July 17, 2024 and is being rebuilt as Hard Rock Las Vegas, with opening planned for 2027. The Monte Carlo became Park MGM in 2018.
